The internet has become a great way to get your creations out there into the wild. Vimeo has been a great asset for filmmakers and the vimeo awards take that idea a step further. The ultimate platform for indie filmmakers.

Here’s a great quote from the 2010 awards by hugely successful indie film producer Ted Hope (as seen in video above):
Indie film isn’t dead, maybe the business model is, but truly independent film is just on the brink of being born.

This is your last chance to submit your films to the vimeo awards. The deadline is tomorrow, February 20th and the awards will be held in June.
