Let’s face it. Most of the community reading this site and certainly the whole team at cinema5D are nerds. Camera nerds. There’s no denying.
All too often we torture our friends and loved ones with the latest and greatest tool we acquired, sometimes they even have to star in our camera tests. Truth be told, they couldn’t care less about our weird obsession with technical details.
So when I stumbled across this recent “Sony FS7 Test” by Jon Cole on Vimeo, I was almost rolling on the floor laughing. A brilliant reminder on how we shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously.
Enjoy your Sunday!
Just came across this online and I think it is just too funny not to share with our readers – simply because many of you have either been waiting for a Blackmagic Camera for a loooong time, or have discovered its downsides after you finally got your hands on it!
One of the biggest problems of the Blackmagic Cinema Camera is its lack of professional audio features (watch Johnnie Behiri’s review by clicking here – and his “Minute Review” of the Pocket Cinema Camera here) and this video spoofs this fact.
Do you think this spoof is too harsh? What are your experiences with audio on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera? Let us know in the comments!
The original Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera is in stock now at B&H for $1,995.
