Canon decided to give us uncompressed hdmi output on the Canon 5D mark III. This means that the camera will output uncompressed quality that can be recorded on an external device like the Atomos Ninja 2 or similar.

After we already looked at the Blackmagic Cinema Camera MFT last Sunday, Clayton Burkhart prepared well and had an in depth Q & A session with Soren Phillips from Blackmagic Design regarding their new Cinema Camera.
This is not a soft marketing video like many other Blackmagic interviews out there, this is 25 minutes of very informative tech and in-depth talk on some of the toughest questions Clayton could come up with.
