I got mine today - I'm really impressed with the image. I have the Kata bag so I'll dig it up and see how snug it is. Woo hoo! Thanks Odoms!

Got mine today, happy with it. Let me know how that kata fits with it, would you say it'd do okay in a little snow? Thx.

The field cases are cool but as much as the monitor ;)

I'll keep looking...

I know it doesn't look very professional but it is essentially disposable and super lightweight...I made a shade using foam board, black duct tape and velcro. You can kinda see it in this pic.

For a case, some of us have found that a small gun case works great. Holds the monitor, my battery and some cables perfect:

Got mine just a couple of minutes ago! Looks sleek. Now on the lookout for connection 'thingy', battery (guys, look for CCTV batteries!! Helmetcam batteries and such.... looks they last much longer then the 'official' video batteries), and HDMI cable.... pfff. never stops that 'gathering' of stuff.....

Thnx J.Odoms for this group buy action!! Much appreciated!

Can I still get in on the group buy?
I want one- but I 'd like to hear reviews from all of you who just bought it.
How does it look compared to say a 7" Sony portable DVD player with (composite) hi res screen?
Is everyone happy?
Do you miss color control?
Still craving that MArshall 7" Monitor with focus assist? ($1000)
