What did you spend the budget on? I must say I don’t really see it in the video.
Try a softer lighting and narrower optics next time to support better filmlook, otherwise you get a very videoy feel. Also the shutter you chose seems very washy. Was it 1/30th?

10k doesn’t go a long way in the real world, even when shooting on a DSLR - locations, wardrobe, makeup, cast, crew, post etc….This video isn’t going to win any awards but it’s a decent enough effort.

I think your comments are condescending and negative.

I’m sorry if my feedback was condescending, that wasn’t my intention. I realize my feedback wasn’t very positive. I had a bad day after 30 hours of shooting with a 5 hour sleeping break.
What I like in this video is that there’s so much wide angle even during the closeups, it gives a unique feel to it that I haven’t seen before. As I said, I’d like to see a more filmic look, but I guess that’s a thing of opinion, it’s me. If it wasn’t on purpose I’d try a test with different shutter settings.

      THE BUDGET WAS NOT 10,000
NOT SURE WHY THAT NUMBER WAS PUT IN THERE… BUT THAT IN HALF THEN CUT THAT IN HALF..
      SOMEWHERE AROUND 2-4

yikes. They gave you 10 grand? I need to work in your market. Honestly this looks like something from the early ’90s. I second the above comment, its all about lighting and shutter speed. Keep practicing.
