cinema5D is social with facebook and Twitter integration

Finally we’re also on facebook. Sigh.
And not only can you join our new cinema5D facebook page (to get all the future socializing, friending and updates from us) but also can you use the multiple, very well situated buttons to the left and at the end of each post to socialize the tweet out of this page!

I know we’re late with this, but better late than never, right? Make sure you click those things many times so we can get some sharing and connecting going here.

If you have any suggestions, tips or questions please make sure you leave a comment.

Tweet To Win A JAG35 7" HDMI Monitor.

prod_monitor-main

By: Jared Abrams

The Crew over at JAG35 are giving away this killer little 7″ On-Board HDMI monitor. This is one of the most cost effective monitors on the market. An external monitor is one of the first accessories that I recommend for HDSLR’s. This is a very good solution for one of the most fundamental problems with Canon HDSLR’s. Here is a little info from the JAG35 website.

To win this cool monitor follow @JAG35 on Twitter and tweet the text below in quotes.

“Follow @JAG35 via @goforjared to win a 7″ HDMI on board monitor. Check it out on www.cinema5d.com/news”

Update ** We will announce the winner via Twitter Friday June 25th, 2010.

Jag35 Monitor Features:

 • Affordable External Monitor
 • 7″ LCD Screen
 • Better control over critical focusing
 • Power Supply / Car Kit Included
 • Supports 1920X1080 Resolution (800 x 480 Native Resolution)** Update
 • Small and Compact design
 • Works with Canon 5DmkII, 7D or any HDMI Device
 • Works with both Pal or NTSC

Cinema5D Interviews The Bui Brothers on Social Networking At NAB 2010.

I got the chance to chat with the Bui Brothers, Lan and Vu about how using social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter  can help you promote your work. Social networking can be a great resource for film makers if used properly. Twitter has helped me connect with people all over the globe. I highly recommend using these sites to your advantage. By the way, you can follow me on Twitter for up to the minute HDSLR info. Follow goforjared on Twitter
