Is Canon bringing out the big guns now? They better be or a lot of people will be disappointed. After teasing us with the Nov 3rd announcement of something “historical” happening in Hollywood, they’ve now thrown in a second event on Oct 26th set in New York. The above “save the date” notices were recently sent out to journalists.

What we know about the October 26th event is that it has something to do with Pixma (Canon printers). And the second logo at the bottom suggests it has something to do with DSLR as well (EOS).
It might be coincidence that the teaser design is very similar to this website, or not.

Interestingly the Canon Pro Solutions expo is happening at the same time in London (Oct 25th-26th). cinema5D will be there and see what’s going on.
